| LALI Jewels confidently stands behind its designs produced with superior craftsmanship using only the finest quality metals and stones. LALI proudly offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers any manufacturing defects, at no charge. The warranty does not protect against excessive wear, accidental abuse, and/or theft. loss of a stone or loss of jewelry due to negligence, accident, burglary, vandalism, fire, flood or other acts of God, or when not in the purchaser’s possession. Jewelry or stones that have been damaged/lost due to willful abuse or misuse, altered or repaired by someone other than LALI’s. Inclusions in gemstones or altering shank width or thickness or any part or parts thereof ARE NOT COVERED UNDER LALI’s LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. |

| How do I properly care for my LALI Jewels piece? |
| In order to maintain the vibrancy and luster of your LALI piece, it is imperative that you clean it as needed. Dip the piece into warm, soapy water. Gently scrub with a soft brush, and then rinse off and dry with a soft cloth. |

| All of our diamonds are hand selected to ensure only the finest quality and craftsmanship. Our one-of-a-kind pieces contain SI quality diamonds. All of the other pieces in our collection contain I1 quality diamonds. |

| What metal choices do I have when purchasing a LALI piece? |
| LALI Jewels' one-of-a-kind creations are set in 18K white, yellow, and rose gold. All designs in our other collections are set in 14K white, yellow, and rose gold. |
